Your packaging is different than what I’ve seen used for baby food, is there anything I should know?

Our proprietary patent-pending pouch is a very convenient way to carry baby food, but there are some differences to a baby food jar, or other container.  It is not necessary to heat the food, but if your baby’s preference is warm food, our pouch contains a metal foil liner, and for that reason it cannot be microwaved.  You can warm the food easily by heating (but not boiling) water (either in the microwave or on the stove-top) and then place the pouch in the water for a minute or two.  The walls of the pouch are thin enough for the warmth to reach the food inside.  You can shift the food around in the pouch or turn it over during the process to ensure it is warmed all the way through.

What is your packaging made of?

The pouch is made up of layers of BPA-free plastic and foil.  The layer in contact with the food is very heat resistant Polypropylene; All plastic layers are BPA-free.
